Affiliate Program Terms

The program

These terms govern the Lastere Studio affiliate program, run by Lastere Studio, sole proprietorship (micro-entreprise) of Jules Larribeau Rigal, 9 rue des Étuves, 33000 Bordeaux, France, SIREN 102 089 661. Questions: hello.lasterestudio@gmail.com.

1. Who can join

Anyone aged 18 or over can join, whether a content creator or a private individual. You sign up on lasterestudio.com and confirm your email address.

We may refuse a sign-up, or end a participation at any time, in particular if these terms are not followed. You can leave at any time by writing to us. Commissions already earned under these terms stay payable.

2. Your link and code

You get a personal link (lasterestudio.com/a/your-code) and a personal code. New clients who apply through your link, or with your code, get the discount shown in the application form on their first payment (currently 10%).

3. Commission

You earn 15% of each of the first two payments made by each new client you refer: for a single-outfit order, that one payment; for a monthly plan, month one and month two.

It is calculated on the amount actually collected, after the client's discount. The rate is fixed on each commission when the payment is made; later changes never apply to commissions already earned.

4. Attribution

A client counts as referred by you if they enter your code on their application, or apply within 90 days of clicking your link, in the same browser. The code on the application when it is submitted is final.

Not eligible: clients who had already paid Lastere Studio before; your own applications or payments, whatever the email address used.

5. When a commission becomes payable

30 days after the client's payment. If a payment is refunded, in full or in part, or disputed, its commission is cancelled or reduced accordingly. If it was already paid to you, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

6. Payouts

We pay once a month, around the 5th, by PayPal, to the PayPal address in your affiliate space, in euros (PayPal may convert them into your currency). A payout is made once your payable balance reaches €20; below that, it rolls over to the next month. PayPal's sending fees are paid by Lastere Studio.

No payout is made until you have accepted these terms and given a PayPal address. You receive a payout statement with each payout. You are responsible for declaring this income and paying any tax due where you live.

7. Disclosure (mandatory)

Every post, story, video or comment that shares your link or code must be disclosed as advertising: use TikTok's content disclosure setting (Branded content), Instagram's Paid partnership label, or the equivalent on other platforms, and add #ad in the caption. Say that you earn a commission. When you recommend us privately, tell the person you earn a commission.

8. Not allowed

Promising results, or presenting before/after pictures as a Lastere Studio result.

Stating prices, discounts, delivery times or features other than those shown on lasterestudio.com and in these terms, or describing Lastere Studio or its stylists differently from how the site presents them.

Spam: unsolicited mass messages, comment spam, mass tagging, bought followers or engagement.

Paid ads using or bidding on "Lastere", "Lastere Studio" or misspellings; domains or accounts using the name.

Posting your code on coupon, cashback or deal sites, or in replica or counterfeit communities.

Fake reviews or testimonials, and any content that comments on another person's body.

Breaking these rules cancels unpaid commissions and ends your participation.

9. Content

You own your content. If we want to reuse or boost one of your posts, we ask you first, in writing.

10. Independence

You take part as an independent affiliate, not as an employee or agent of Lastere Studio.

11. Your data

We use your details only to run the program and pay you. Your PayPal address is shared with PayPal for that purpose. We keep proof of your acceptance of these terms (version, date, IP address). See our privacy page.

12. Changes

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. You will be asked to accept the new version in your affiliate space to keep receiving payouts. Commissions already earned keep the terms they were earned under.

13. Language and law

These terms are governed by French law. The English version prevails over any translation.
