Who is responsible

Lastere Studio, 9 rue des Étuves, 33000 Bordeaux, is the controller of the data collected on this site. Contact: hello.lasterestudio@gmail.com.

What we collect, and why

The account: your name, your email address and a password, or your Google identifier if you choose to sign in with Google. They are used to recognise you and give you access to your area.

The application: your height, weight, frame, shoe size, usual sizes, the section you shop in, your delivery country, your indicative budget, the style you are after, what you do not want, your references, and the photographs you attach. They are used solely to compose your lookbook. Each question on the form says what it is for.

Payment: your card is registered and charged by Stripe. The studio neither sees nor stores your card number; it only keeps your Stripe customer identifier and the history of amounts charged.

Exchanges: the messages you write to the studio in your area, and its replies.

Reviews: the review you post, published under your first name and the initial of your surname.

Browsing: the site uses neither advertising cookies nor audience measurement tools. Only the technical elements needed to keep you signed in are stored in your browser.

On what basis

Processing of the account, the application, payment and exchanges is necessary to perform the contract you enter into with the studio by submitting an application. Keeping invoices meets a legal obligation. Publishing a review, or an anonymised lookbook as an example, relies on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Who has access

The Lastere Studio team, to review your application, compose your lookbook and answer you.

Our processors, each for its part: Supabase (hosting of the database and files, in the European Union), Stripe (payment), Google (if you sign in with Google).

The technical providers and software tools the team uses to compose lookbooks, for the information needed for composition only. Some are established outside the European Union; in that case, the transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your data is never sold or passed on for advertising purposes.

For how long

Your account, application, photographs, lookbooks and exchanges are kept as long as your account exists. You may delete your application from your area; its photographs are then erased from storage. An application not retained by the studio is erased, together with its photographs.

Payment-related data is kept for ten years, in line with accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or erased, request its portability, object to a processing or ask for it to be restricted. Simply write to hello.lasterestudio@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, if you believe your rights are not respected.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to the database is governed by rules that return to each account only its own data; photographs are stored in a private space, with no public address. Payments are entrusted to Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified.
